Shipping Policy

Please note that delivery will only be scheduled between Mondays & Fridays, excluding Public Holidays. We are unable to accept weekends or PHs delivery request at this moment in time. 


We regret to inform that deliveries to Sentosa, Tuas and Senoko areas are unable to be arranged.


We strive to deliver our products to you personally – without third party delivery drivers or riders. As such, we take personal hygiene very seriously. We wash our hands and sanitise them before every delivery. 


For food safety reasons, we would prefer to hand over our products to you, personally. However, if you prefer contactless delivery, please indicate on the ordering form. We will leave the products on your doorstep and send you a picture for your reference and as proof of our delivery.


We shall not be responsible for any food spoilage or pilferage that occurred from the contactless delivery.

Free shipping with minimum spend of $58 after all discount, if applicable and exclusive of gst. A standard delivery fee of $10 shall be charged for orders below $58.

Return & Exchange Policy

Feedback must be made within 1 hour upon receipt of order. Evidence such as photo must be shown for refund/exchange requests. We reserve the rights to deny such request should there be no evidence as it didn't come within the stipulated hours.
